Most of what goes wrong in herbal healthcare goes wrong before manufacturing starts — in sourcing nobody documented. Here is how our products are actually made.
Our manufacturing model
Local factories, our specification.
Gifts Pharmacy products are manufactured by partner factories rather than a single plant we own. That is a deliberate choice: it lets us match each product to a facility already equipped and licensed for that format, instead of forcing every product through one line that was never designed for it.
It only works under one condition — the specification has to be ours, and it has to be written down. We define the botanical inputs, the formula and the checks. The factory manufactures to that document. The batch record comes back to us and stays on file.
From field to pack
Six steps, in order.

Sourcing to specification
Each botanical has a written specification before anyone buys it — species, part used, form, moisture, and the extract ratio where relevant. Suppliers quote against that document, not against a name.

Intake checks
Deliveries are checked against the specification on arrival. Identity, appearance, moisture and foreign matter. Material that fails is rejected and recorded, not blended away.

Formulation
The formula is fixed and versioned. Any change to an input or a ratio creates a new version, so a pack can always be traced back to the exact formula it was made from.
- 04
Manufacturing
Production runs in partner factories holding current licences, under their documented procedures. We supply the specification and the formula; they run to it.

Packing & coding
Every pack carries a batch code and an expiry date. The code is what makes a complaint answerable — without it, nobody can tell you what you actually received.

Batch records retained
Each run leaves a record: inputs, quantities, dates, checks and the batch code. We keep them. If a buyer asks what went into batch 4419, there is an answer.

What we don't claim.
These are not medicines
Our products are herbal wellness products. They have not been evaluated as pharmaceutical drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
They don't replace your doctor
If you are managing diabetes, blood pressure or any diagnosed condition, keep taking your prescribed treatment and keep seeing your doctor.
Traditional use isn't proof
We say a botanical is traditionally used for something when that's true. That is a statement about history, and we don't dress it up as a clinical result.
